MG2 goes further!
Save the date: MG2.9 “The Land of the rising optimism”, September 28 – 30, 2023. Sisak, Entrepreneurship Incubator PISAK
After two years of corona and online conferences, and last year’s July wine story in Zagreb, we are returning to our true format: a two-day conference rich in panels and other interesting content – MG2 for the first time in Sisak, with the most positive team we have met – Entrepreneurship Incubator Sisak is the right address for spreading enthusiasm, good business stories and investments in Croatia!

In order to help Zagreb and Banovina after the devastating earthquakes, the “Association of Croatian American Professionals” (ACAP) launched the global initiative One Croatia – which brings together more than 30 Croatian associations from all continents. Among them is our association Meeting G2.
Through joint efforts, we collected more than 420,000 USD for all affected areas, of which over 260,000 was donated to Dr. Ivo Pedišić Hospital in Sisak, Institute for Emergency Medicine of Sisak-Moslavina County, Center for Earthquake Engineering, Children’s Home Vrbina Sisak, Firefighters of Petrinja, Glina and Croatian Kostajnica.

Meeting G2 takes a step further with this conference in Sisak. We want to gather in Sisak business people of Croatian origin from all over the world, local entrepreneurs, businessmen with business projects and all those who are aware that only path to economic and any other recovery is a path full of optimism.
In addition to humanitarian aid, which arrived from all sides, Banovina needs jobs, economic development, and investments in new technologies. At the conference, through the selection of topics and panelists, we will show that Banovina is full of innovative, hardworking and smart people and projects that deserve attention, partners and investments. It is our great desire, together with all of you, to contribute to the development of this beautiful region full of potential, just half an hour’s drive from Zagreb.

Conference partners are: Entrepreneurship Incubator Pisak, Applied Ceramics, Kul IN and Sunceco, all owned by successful entrepreneur and visionary Matt Darko Sertić. By returning from Silicon Valley and opening a modern production plant in Sisak, he proved by his example that business connections between the diaspora and Croatia are indeed possible and achievable.
